At 10:30 am, August 20th a special membership meeting for Metro Seattle Gamers will be held. Agenda items will include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Election of a General Manager to serve out the remainder of the 2022 term.
• A vote to convert the meeting into the club's Annual Meeting, normally required between the last Saturday of September and the end the of the calendar year
• • Assuming that this measure passes, the agenda will then include the election of the following officers for the year 2023:
  • • Secretary
    • Treasurer
    • General Manager

The meeting will be open to members of Metro Seattle Gamers and officers of Dragonflight only. Obtaining a quorum for this meeting will be important. If one is not able to attend, please provide one's proxy to a member who will be attending.
